Privacy policy

A Class Cars is a trading name of ACC Luxury Travel Ltd, the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have. If you have any questions, email nick@a-classcars.co.uk or use our contact page.

What we collect and why. When you request a quote or contact us, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and your journey information. We use these to reply, to prepare your quotation and to provide the service you book, and for no other purpose. We process this information because it is needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract with you, and to perform that contract once you book.

Unfinished quote forms. Our forms save your progress as you type so your details are not lost. If you start a quote but do not send it, we may email you once to offer help finishing it. Any such email is one-time only and includes an opt-out link; if you opt out we will not contact you about that enquiry again.

Cookies and analytics. Necessary cookies required for the site to function are kept to a minimum. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and it runs only after you give consent through the cookie banner. You can decline, or change your choice at any time.

Sharing. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your data is handled by the service providers needed to run this site and respond to you, such as our hosting, email and analytics providers, under contracts that protect it. Analytics data may be processed outside the UK; where that happens, recognised safeguards such as the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses apply.

Retention. We keep enquiry information, including unfinished forms, for up to 12 months so we can respond and follow up, then delete it. Booking records are kept for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If we update this policy, the new version will appear on this page.
